90-Day Refund Policy

Within ninety (90) days of execution of the Client Onboarding Agreement, RCC shall close at least one lending deal with the Client. If RCC fails to close a qualifying deal within that window, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the onboarding fee.

The refund guarantee is void under the following conditions:

The Client declines to fund one or more qualifying deals presented by RCC without reasonable cause

The Client fails to complete the capital or credit structuring process within the required timeframe

The Client provides inaccurate or incomplete financial information during onboarding

The Client becomes unresponsive or fails to attend scheduled calls or meetings

The Client's credit profile or capital position changes materially after onboarding in a way that affects deal eligibility

The Client withdraws from a deal after terms have been agreed upon

A "qualifying deal" is defined as a short-term, asset-backed lending opportunity that meets RCC's underwriting standards, is secured by real collateral, and is presented to the Client in writing with full deal documentation.

If the Client declines a qualifying deal, the 90-day guarantee is considered fulfilled on RCC's part and no refund shall be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 10 days of the 90-day window closing. RCC will review and respond within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 14 business days of approval.

RCC reserves the right to make the final determination on whether the terms of this guarantee have been met.
