US 33414, together with its affiliates, representatives, officers, directors, contractors, licensors, and service providers (collectively, "Rosenthal Capital Club," "RCC," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms apply to your use of the Site and any information, content, functionality, communications, forms, consultations, or services made available through the Site (collectively, the "Services").

For purposes of these Terms, "you" and "your" mean any individual or entity accessing or using the Site or Services.

Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

- you are at least eighteen (18) years old;

- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

- if you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms; and

- your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We may, in our sole discretion, deny access to the Site or Services to any person or entity at any time and for any lawful reason.

Scope of Services; No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Rosenthal Capital Club provides a done-for-you real estate deal closing service. Our role is to source fix-and-flip opportunities, coordinate financing, manage contractor relationships, and guide transactions from contract to close. We also assist qualifying clients in obtaining 0% interest business credit to cover closing costs and holding costs associated with real estate transactions. Hard money financing covers 100% of loan-to-cost on qualifying deals. Clients who meet eligibility criteria and complete our onboarding process participate in real, asset-backed transactions under a profit-sharing arrangement.

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and business purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes or should be construed as:

- accounting advice,

- consumer credit advice,

- underwriting approval,

- a commitment to lend,
